Ivy Lab have officially announced the end of their journey as a duo, confirming that 2026 will mark their final year together.

The electronic music act revealed that they will disband after a last run of releases and live performances.

However, this decision does not signal a full stop.

Rather than ending their creative work altogether, Sabre and Stray are choosing a new direction. E

ach will step forward to focus on solo projects and personal ideas.

At the same time, their Twenty Twenty London label will continue to run, carrying the spirit of the project into its next phase.

After more than a decade spent experimenting with sound, the duo looked back on a journey defined by constant evolution.

They pushed boundaries, crossed genres, and refused to stand still.

Now, they feel the moment is right to close this chapter and move forward.

From here, their focus turns toward new creative paths waiting to be explored.

They shared that 2026 will serve as a celebratory final phase rather than a sudden goodbye.

As part of this plan, Ivy Lab intend to return to key cities and venues that shaped their story, turning their farewell shows into a reflective victory lap.

Formed in 2013, Ivy Lab first emerged from North London’s club scene and later became pioneers of the halftime sound.

By blending elements of drum & bass with slower, heavier rhythms, they helped reshape modern UK bass music.

Their influential catalog, including the 2022 album Infinite Falling Ground, left a lasting mark on producers across the UK and beyond.

As Ivy Lab prepare to bow out, they make it clear that new solo music is already taking shape and that their creative spirit is far from slowing down.
