Zedd is taking his music into a new dimension as Universal Studios Japan prepares to debut a rollercoaster themed around his sound.

The attraction, a music-synchronized “space-club experience,” will open in early 2026.

Named “Space Fantasy – The Ride: CLUB ZEDD REMIX,” the project transforms the park’s existing Space Fantasy coaster, a 585-meter indoor ride known for its spinning cars and onboard audio.

Additionally, guests will hear an exclusive DJ mix that Zedd created specifically for the queue, setting the tone before they board.

His long-standing passion for gaming also shapes the experience.

He frequently streams online, joins gaming tournaments, and collaborates with esports brands.

It gives him a strong sense of how to build immersive, interactive entertainment.

He explained on Instagram that he aimed to let the music guide the entire journey.

He noted that his goal was for every rise and drop to follow the soundtrack’s energy.

The DJ has been working with the park on the concept for the past year.

The original Space Fantasy ride opened in 2010 as the replacement for the E.T. Adventure dark ride.

It sends guests on a mission to save the sun.

They travel through a vibrant cosmic environment.

The ride uses detailed projection mapping.

It also delivers synchronized lighting effects.

Motion-controlled elements enhance the sensation.

The enclosed coaster design deepens the immersion.

All of these features blend storytelling with thrill-ride energy.

“Space Fantasy – The Ride: CLUB ZEDD REMIX” will officially open at Universal Studios Japan on January 30th, 2026.
