Hogi Wirjono has released a powerful track that echoes the current social climate in Indonesia.

Recently, citizens have taken to the streets to demand justice from their representatives.

Although Hogi could not join the demonstrations, he chose to fight in his own way, through music.

He dedicated a new piece titled “Revolusi” to his friends and supporters.

The track, which he produced in just one night, carries the essence of House Music with Hogi’s unmistakable style.

It features a catchy bassline, light synthesizer touches, and engaging loops.

On top of that, a vocal hook repeatedly chants the call to action: “Mari Kita Revolusi” (“Let’s start a revolution”).

In addition to releasing the original track, Hogi curated a remix compilation called Remixes Vol. 1.

This collection reimagines “Revolusi” through the creativity of several respected DJs and producers.

Artists such as Sumantri, Indra7, Ical Tadjoedin, Fickry, Ghost Funk, and Ilham from TouchTheRecords all contributed their versions, adding new textures while preserving the spirit of the song.

Moreover, Hogi aligned the release with a movement beyond music.

He opened a donation campaign to support the grassroots initiative “Warga Bantu Warga” (Citizens Helping Citizens).

For him, the track is not only a soundtrack for the dancefloor but also a rallying cry for solidarity and justice.

With “Revolusi” and its remixes, Hogi reminds listeners that music can amplify voices, unite people, and inspire change.

The revolution, he suggests, can begin on the dancefloor.
