Marquee proudly stands as one of Indonesia’s internationally recognized DJ.

A graduate of SAE Jakarta and the London College of Music, he has achieved notable milestones in his career.

He won “Trance of the Year” at the 2008 Ravelex Electronic Dance Music Awards (REDMA), ranked 16th in REDMA’s Top 50 DJs of 2011.

He also earned recognition for “Best Radio Show” with Clubhoppers.

Marquee is best known for his signature sounds rooted in Melodic House & Techno, Progressive, and Trance.

Over the years, he has released tracks on several international labels.

AVA Recordings, Interplay Records, Suanda Music, Deep Sessions, and Invert Recordings to name a few.

Most recently, he released a track titled “Khumba” on Interplay Soul, a sublabel of Interplay Records.

The title “Khumba” stems from the Zulu word Khumbula, which means “to remember.”

Additionally, it reflects themes of identity, acceptance, and diversity.

Musically, Khumba merges Progressive House with hypnotic melodies, driving grooves, and warm atmospheres.

The track features tribal-infused elements, African vocals, and a groovy bassline.

The beat flows with a laid-back energy, combining the essence of Progressive and Deep House, while subtly incorporating Amapiano textures.
