OMEMI is a music producer and DJ from Bandung, Indonesia.

His works are known for their ability to fuse modern bass music—from dubstep and glitch hop to drum & bass—with distinctive ethnic influences.

In 2025, he earned the Drum n Bass Track of the Year award at the Indonesia Dance Chart (IDC) Awards.

Meanwhile, MAHH_ART is an Indonesian visual artist who blends Indonesian, Oriental, and Gothic traditions.

He works in digital sculpture, motion design, and symbolic composition.

MAHH_ART approaching his art through personal mythology, spiritual tension, and ancestral memory.

Together, OMEMI and MAHH_ART joined forces to reimagine the legendary character Rangda.

Rangda is the infamous queen of black magic from Balinese folklore and traditional performance.

Their collaborative track, titled “Rangda,” blends Neurofunk Drum n Bass with Pelog Gamelan, one of the traditional scales used in Javanese and Balinese music.

The result is a high-energy piece with dark, primal vibes: driving DnB beats, glitchy and noisy textures, and the mystical ambiance of Balinese gamelan.

The track captures a wild yet electrifying atmosphere, rich with cultural depth.

MAHH_ART amplified the narrative through an original digital visual piece.

Using a combination of motion design, digital sculpture, and cultural symbolism, he created a visual world that perfectly aligns with the track’s sonic landscape.
