Showtek has entered a new chapter by launching F_CK THE SYSTEM, a record label created in partnership with Be Yourself Music.
The Dutch duo also marks the label’s debut with an official collaboration featuring Belgian-French dance artist Kate Ryan.
Showtek Expands Its Creative Vision
For more than 20 years, Showtek has built a career by constantly reinventing its sound.
The duo has never limited itself to a single style. Over the years, Showtek has explored everything from hardstyle to crossover dance music.
It has also collaborated with artists such as David Guetta and Major Lazer.
That same mindset now drives F_CK THE SYSTEM. The new imprint officially launched on July 3.
It was developed alongside Be Yourself Music, an independent Dutch label that has spent nearly two decades supporting electronic artists across multiple genres.
Its roster has included names such as Bakermat, Brennan Heart, Headhunterz, Mike Williams, Tinlicker, Imanbek, and Vicetone.
Instead of focusing on a single genre, F_CK THE SYSTEM gives Showtek a platform for every aspect of its musical identity.
The label will accommodate underground club records, festival anthems, and crossover productions.
It also allows the duo to release music without creative boundaries.

Kate Ryan Joins the Label’s First Release
The label opens with a new version of “Ella Elle L’a,” featuring Kate Ryan.
The collaboration first took shape during Showtek’s performance at the Fun Radio Ibiza Experience inside Paris’ Accor Arena.
The duo tested an early version of the track in front of thousands of fans.
The audience immediately sang along with every lyric.
That response encouraged Showtek to transform the live edit into an official collaboration with Ryan.
A New Take on a Dance Classic
The release also strengthens Showtek’s long-running connection to the French dance scene.
Following years of collaborations with David Guetta, the duo expanded those ties with its official remix of GIMS’ “Ciel” in 2025.
Meanwhile, Kate Ryan continues celebrating the 25th anniversary of her career throughout 2026 with a European tour.
Kate Ryan has sold more than 3.5 million records. She has also accumulated over 500 million streams across her catalog.
Her best-known songs include “Désenchantée,” “Voyage Voyage,” “Libertine,” and “Ella Elle L’a.”
Together, Showtek and Ryan preserve the spirit of the original song while introducing it to a new generation of dance music fans.
As the first release on F_CK THE SYSTEM, “Ella Elle L’a” represents more than a fresh interpretation of a dance classic.
It also introduces a label designed to showcase every side of Showtek’s artistic identity.
The imprint reflects Showtek’s musical evolution over the past two decades.
It embraces the duo’s hardstyle roots. It also makes room for their crossover records and modern club productions.
