Joshwa Returns to Insomniac Records With “If It’s Real”

Known for combining underground house grooves with memorable hooks, Joshwa continues that formula on “If It’s Real.”

The track revolves around a spoken-word synth hook that questions the certainty of a relationship.

Rolling drums, deep basslines, sustained string pads, phaser effects, looping chord progressions, and drifting LFO textures gradually build its club-focused atmosphere.

Rather than relying on excessive layers, the production stays clean and direct. Every element works together to keep the dancefloor moving.

Joshwa said “If It’s Real” came together with the club in mind from the very beginning.

He wanted the record to deliver rolling energy through a simple but effective arrangement.

According to the producer, the track has already performed well during his DJ sets, making its release through Insomniac Records feel like the right next step.

Joshwa Continues His Momentum

Before “If It’s Real,” the DJ released several records through Insomniac Records, including “Kerching,” “Papi,” “VIP Business,” and last year’s “Wildflower.”

Those releases received radio support from SiriusXM BPM, KCRW, Kiss FM UK, NRG, and Radio FG.

Beyond the label, he has also collaborated with Danny Howard, Solardo, Iglesias, Noizu, Lee Foss, and Enzo Is Burning.

Alongside the new single, Joshwa continues his Out Of My Mind Tour across North America.

Joshwa’s North American tour is still underway. His upcoming schedule includes Audio SF, Bijou, CNTRL Room, The Barbary, CODA, and Prysm.

He will also perform at bauhaus, Night We Met, Zenyara, Elrow Dallas, Spotlight, and EOS Lounge.
