SALA Records released SALA Sampler 03, a collective album consists of 6 tracks from 8 prominent DJs famously known in Deep and Tech scene in Jakarta. Particularly, the album itself is compilation album of groovy house tracks with captivating sounds. The tracks are:
- Adam Dado Ramadhan & Waiteasa – You Should Stay
- Bob Singh – Groove With Me
- Fenton – Cool Cat
- Fickry & Andres Power – Mystify
- Hogi – Eagle Landing
- Rulli – Stoickism
Each track has it own uniqueness from its artist. Especially each artist drew inspiration from unexpected place.

When making “Eagle Landing”, Hogi took inspiration after watching a documentary about Apollo 11. While Bob Singh inspired by blues songs he listened recently.
In the meantime, Fickry wants to make a song with a deep sound of the 90s, where he and Andres combine Deep and Tech sound with “Mystify”. On the other hand, Adam Dado and Waiteasa likes the raw feeling of the kick, bass, & groove in house music tracks.
The philosophy of stoicism drew Rulli to create “Stoickism”. Last but not least, “Cool Cat” from Fenton was a dedication to her late cat.

When we listened to whole album, we couldn’t help to dance along. That’s because we love how the groovy melody from each track made us feel guilty if we weren’t move to the groove.
Each track is suitable for accompanying your relax time at home or while you’re on the road. In our humble opinion, this album offers complete journey. You can play it on a shuffle and you still get the completeness.
