Iceperience.id and DanceSignal hosted a press conference on 13 August 2018 at Portico to introduce the second edition of Finalice 2018.
The festival continues its mission to elevate the local movement and give Indonesian DJs a platform where they can gain recognition and appreciation.
Building on that mission, Iceperience.id and DanceSignal will hold Finalice on 1 September 2018 at Kuningan City.
The event will feature 99 DJs from various genres.
Sigit Diapsoputra from Iceperience.id said that Indonesian DJs match the quality of international performers who often headline major festivals.
He explained that the team hopes to bring more people into the effort of supporting Indonesian DJs and the wider music industry.
He emphasized how this collective support can fuel the growth of local talent.
And in the long run, he added, that momentum could help Indonesian artists step onto the global stage.
Finalice will also serve as the stage for announcing winners of several competitions from the Indonesia Clubbing Experience (ICE) 2018 series.
The event will reveal the champions of DJ Battle Jakarta, DJ Battle Bandung, Clubbers of the Year from both cities, and the Online Remix Competition.
It will also unveil the nominees for the Paranoia Awards 2018.

New Concept for Finalice 2018
This year’s concept transforms Finalice into the Biggest Neon Party at a mall.
Since the event also celebrates DanceSignal’s 9th anniversary, the number nine will appear throughout the experience.
The festival will showcase 99 DJs spread across nine different areas, each designed around its own genre.
Together, these zones will create a lively and immersive atmosphere.
