About Homegrown by Javabass
HOMEGROWN is a bold tribute to local talent, featuring 25 tracks by 25 producers from across Indonesia.
The lineup includes artists from Javabass Recordings, well-known names, rising stars, promising newcomers, and winners of the Homegrown competition.
Available in digital and double CD formats, the album offers a rich listening experience for DnB fans.

The visual artwork was created by Popomangun, a multidisciplinary artist from Jakarta known for ethnic patterns, Memphis-inspired aesthetics, and vibrant color palettes.
To craft visuals that align with the soul of each track, Popomangun listened carefully to the entire album.
His research-based narrative approach resulted in stunning visuals that match the frequencies and energy of the music—creating a truly immersive audiovisual experience.

Collaboration with United Hart
Javabass partnered with United Hart (UH!), a Bandung-based streetwear brand known for working closely with side-stream artists.

HOMEGROWN Launch Party
To celebrate the release, Javabass Soundsystem will host a launch party on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 9 PM (WIB) at Dragon House – Bintaro I, Jakarta.
The event will feature:

- Exclusive DJ sets by Javabass crew members,
- Interactive visuals by OSGD and Adiblak, featuring Popomangun’s artwork,
