How does .Sector celebrate its first year?
To mark its first year as an independent electronic music space in South Jakarta, .Sector is not holding a large festival with a packed lineup.
Instead, the venue is opening its doors for three nights with three different stories: Robbie Seed on September 5, XiJaro & Pitch on September 25, 2026, and Doppenberg on October 3, 2026.
One Year of .Sector
Since opening in 2025, .Sector has become a meeting point for fans of electronic music genres that often receive less attention in South Jakarta.
Its programming has included Hard Techno, Hardstyle, and Drum & Bass.
Several events have also helped establish .Sector within Jakarta’s nightlife scene, including:

The venue’s first anniversary celebration features three international trance DJs through an event series titled FRISSON.
Their appearances also reflect .Sector’s growing position as a venue for international DJs visiting Jakarta.

.Sector and the Connection Started by Nina Lee
The three international DJs continue a connection established by Nina Lee.
She was one of the figures who helped develop Indonesia’s trance community before her passing in January 2026.
Through Nina Lee’s connections, .Sector hosted a meet & greet with Anthony Reyers of XiJaro & Pitch in 2025.
The event drew strong interest from fans.
That response led NL Management to bring Anthony of XiJaro & Pitch back to Indonesia.
The management team also selected .Sector as the venue for his performance.
They also brought Robbie Seed and Doppenberg to complete the anniversary celebration.
All three DJs will perform at FRISSON, an event series presented by NL Management.
The event is not intended as a tribute to Nina Lee. Instead, it continues the relationship she build with the international trance community.
A First Step for Local DJs
Over the past year, several local DJs have used .Sector as a space to develop their skills.
Adithya and Nico Cranxx are among the artists who have performed regularly at the venue. Both DJs are also part of NL Management.
Other names joining the FRISSON lineup include Dillan Starr and Segawon. Both artists are already familiar to trance fans in Indonesia.
Why the Space Matters
.Sector does not need to position itself as an arena or festival venue to host a lineup of this scale. Its main strength lies in its proximity.
The underground space keeps the distance between artists and the crowd close.
It also creates a more personal experience instead of a massive one.
After building its identity around local trance, .Sector is now bringing international trance experiences into the same intimate setting.
