Shot in London on 16mm film, the video features intense fight sequences, from boxing to samurai-style sword duels, inspired by the visual style of Kill Bill.
To make the scenes feel authentic, Kayan underwent intensive martial arts training before filming.

Kayan said the song came from a place she could no longer hide.
She felt the emotions were messy yet honest.
