Kraftwerk have announced a limited-edition reissue of their fifth album, Radio-Activity, to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
The band will release the record on May 15 in three updated formats.
First, a Blu-ray audio edition will feature new Dolby Atmos, 5.1, and stereo mixes of the original album, along with an exclusive anniversary booklet.
In addition, a special 12-inch vinyl picture disc will include the 2009 remastered version.
At the same time, fans will be able to stream the Dolby Atmos mix digitally across major platforms.

The Album That Shaped Kraftwerk
Originally released in 1975, Radio-Activity marked a turning point for the group.
With this project, Kraftwerk fully embraced electronic production.
The album explored themes such as atomic energy, nuclear decay, and radio communication.
As a result, it helped shape the future of electronic music.
Moreover, the record introduced new creative techniques.
The band combined elements of musique concrète and audio collage with early synth pop ideas.

Tour Dates Ahead
To mark the anniversary, Kraftwerk will also return to the stage.
They have confirmed a UK and Ireland tour scheduled for May and June.
Notably, this run will be their first series of live shows in the region in nine years.
The tour will begin in Dublin on May 17.
After that, the band will perform in Belfast, Wolverhampton, Glasgow, Sheffield, Brighton, and Bristol.
In addition, they have scheduled multiple shows at Royal Albert Hall and the Manchester Apollo.
Overall, this reissue and tour highlight the lasting influence of Radio-Activity.
