Finally, on 6-7 September 2019, we entered Galaxia Voyage with SHVR Ground Festival 2019 at ICE BSD. For two days, Shiverians were entertained by international DJ and local heroes in three stages, Horizon of Elysium, Frozen Deep Sea, and Future Hemisphere.
Day 1
On Day 1, we arrived around 1830 WIB and headed to Frozen Deep Sea to see Fun On A Weekend. They warm up the crowd with various tracks.
We moved to Horizon of Elysium to enjoy Weird Genius. The crowd danced and sang together to their tunes.
After awhile, we decided to go to Future Hemisphere. This stage is where all Techno and Progressive lovers can gather. When we arrived there, Tripo was on stage playing.
They delivered banging Techno and Progressive tracks and the crowd went crazy. Next was House Cartel and they maintained the high energy entire time.
Finally, Indra7 and Apsara took over the deck where they delivered Techno tracks. This is where the crowd went wild. After the performance, we moved to Horizon of Elysium, the main stage.
When we arrived, Adventure Club was about to finish the set. After Mr SHVR finished his short presentation, Above & Beyond took over the deck.
This time, it’s Paavo and Tony representing the trio. From beginning to end, they played Anjunabeats’ catalogue including their hits “Sun & Moon”. We ended the night and prepared for Day 2.

Day 2
For Day 2, we specifically chose the Frozen Deep Sea to see Trance act. Resty opened the night, continued with Attila Syah and LTN. Cold Blue was one of the anticipated act by Trance lover.
It was his first time performed at Jakarta. No wonder when the first track played, the crowd greatly welcomed him.
The party continues with Myon also made people danced a lot with his Trance tracks. Another debut that has been anticipated was Future Code.

The duo consists of Omnia and Ben Gold has taken Trance scene by storm and this was their first debut in Indonesia. They absolutely delivered great performance.
Then, Orjan Nilsen took the stage after Future Code. He kept the energy high, like he prepared the crowd for the last performance, Brennan Heart. Brennan definitely delivered banging tracks of Hardstyle. What a great way to end the night.
Our Opinion on SHVR Ground Festival 2019
Overall, we had a great time at the event. We love how the organizer arranged the activation booths. Since it’s indoor, all the activation booths located in the corridor so Shiverians could play before they enter the venue.
We love the concept for Future Hemisphere, where this mini-stage dedicated for Techno and Progressive on Day 1 and R&B on Day 2. It was designed as hidden spot where ravers can have wild experiences while the DJ serves great music.
The mini stage made the DJ and the crowd can interact, like a simple fist bump. Even though it was located in between of Frozen Deep Sea and Horizon of Elysium, there were no overlapping sound, so kudos to that.

Our note for the top up booth. For Day 1, only one booth available, resulting a long line of queue when Shiverians wanted to top up the cashless bracelet. In second day, organizer set up additional booths for top up.
In our opinion, this problem should be tackle before Day 1 started. On the other hand, we’ve watched other festival anticipated the long lines by setup mobile top up.
Several people spread out across the venue and ravers can come to them for top up. It effectively cut down the long line for top up. It can be considered for next SHVR Ground Festival.
