After releasing the retro version of her single Tak Berakhir Sama, Sisca Saras returned to entertain her fans.
This time, she teamed up with Aziz Hedra, one of Sony Music Indonesia’s rising stars.
Their duet, titled Orang Biasa, was written by Laleilmanino.
The song carries a simple yet heartfelt message: love can be expressed by anyone.
Without the need to pretend to be someone else or act perfectly.

The Making Of Collaboration between Sisca Saras & Aziz Hedra
The idea of pairing Sisca and Aziz came from Iman Abdillah, Head of A&R at Wecord Evermore.
Since both artists are under the same umbrella, the collaboration came together naturally.
Aziz with Sony Music Indonesia and Sisca with Wecord Evermore, a subsidiary label.
Aziz admitted that he first saw the offer as just a passing idea.
To his surprise, it turned into a real project.
Sisca also explained that her label suggested the collaboration.
She recalled that the label offered her the chance to duet with a male singer for her new single.
She soon learned that Aziz would become her duet partner.
The news instantly filled her with excitement.
For a long time, she had admired the unique quality of his voice, and now she finally had the chance to sing alongside him.
The single brings a pop R&B style reminiscent of hits from the 1990s and 2000s.

Working with Laleilmanino
For both artists, this marked their first collaboration with the celebrated producer trio Laleilmanino.
Sisca revealed that she had always wished to work with them.
She felt grateful to be trusted with the opportunity and described the process as smooth, even though it was her first duet single.
The project, which took about two months, flowed easily because she and Aziz quickly built strong chemistry and balanced their vocal parts.
Aziz echoed her excitement.
He had always hoped to collaborate with Laleilmanino, and this project made that dream come true.
He described the experience as fun and supportive, noting that the trio made him feel comfortable throughout the process.
Aziz also highlighted that this was his very first duet.
He remembered the experience of being paired with Sisca, and her unique voice gave the song a distinct character.
He even admitted that he felt chills while recording because of how naturally their singing styles blended.

Sisca Learn Something from the Collaboration
For Sisca, the collaboration also became a valuable learning experience.
She admitted that she still felt new as a solo artist and appreciated the lessons she gained.
From Laleilmanino, she learned about commitment and persistence in songwriting.
Unlike her habit of pausing whenever she felt stuck, they kept digging until the right idea emerged.
This taught her that passion is key to creating great work.
From Aziz, she learned the art of performing in a duet.
Aziz sometimes showed his shy side.
Even so, she saw him as a fun and supportive partner.
His attitude helped lighten the mood.
Because of that, the entire process became truly enjoyable for her.
As for Orang Biasa, both singers hope the single will resonate with Indonesian music lovers, find its way into countless playlists, and accompany listeners during quiet nights.
Sisca emphasized that the message of the song is simple: love does not require someone to be extraordinary or perfect.
Ordinary people can fall in love too.
The duet Orang Biasa by Sisca Saras and Aziz Hedra is now available on all digital music platforms starting August 22, 2025.
