Bijou has joined forces with French house producer Tchami for their new single, 6AM.

The track also features Toronto-born vocalist MKLA. It marks the first official collaboration between Bijou and the influential French producer.

The idea for the collaboration began after a tour stop in Phoenix.

Bijou was playing unreleased demos in the car following a show with Tchami and Night Bass founder AC Slater.

After hearing 6AM, Slater immediately suggested that Tchami should become part of the record.

Bijou and Tchami Bringing Two Musical Worlds Together

Following that moment, Bijou and Tchami spent the next several months refining the track together.

Built around MKLA’s vocals and songwriting, 6AM explores a deeper house sound than fans typically associate with Bijou.

Atmospheric synths, spacious production, and emotional melodies create a late-night mood that reflects the song’s title.

The release also brings together two respected electronic music imprints, Bijou’s Do Not Duplicate Recordings and Tchami’s Confession.

Even before its official release, 6AM had already attracted attention across the dance music community.

The track received support from Martin Garrix, Don Diablo, Oliver Heldens, and Nicky Romero, who all featured it on their respective radio shows.

That early exposure helped build anticipation ahead of its official release.
