Fifteen years after releasing its debut album Stick By This on Anjunadeep, Dusky is returning to the label with a new studio album titled Signals.
The duo’s fifth full-length record is scheduled for release on September 25.
The upcoming project also marks a return to the label where Nick Harriman and Alfie Granger-Howell first introduced their music to a global audience.
Dusky Expands Its Sound on Signals
Over the years, they has become one of the defining names in UK electronic music.
The duo has explored a wide range of styles, from soulful deep house and techno to downtempo electronica, UK garage, and rave.
Along the way, they have earned support from artists including The Chemical Brothers, Peggy Gou, Disclosure, Calvin Harris, Jamie Jones, Solomun, Swedish House Mafia, and many others.
For Signals, Nick and Alfie combine club-focused production with a stronger emphasis on organic musicianship.
Across 13 tracks, the album blends bold basslines, downtempo influences, soulful moments, and Balearic-inspired warmth.
While the record recalls elements of Stick By This, it also introduces a fresh creative direction.
The duo explained that they wanted the album to move beyond the functional club sound featured on many of their recent EPs.
Instead, they wanted to create a more immersive listening experience. They drew inspiration from a wider range of musical influences.
They also placed a stronger emphasis on warm and ethereal textures.

New Singles Preview the Album
Signals includes previously released singles “Elm”, “Next Life” featuring Rromarin, and the latest release “Kadhalan” featuring Nadeem Karim and Pritt.
The title “Kadhalan”, which translates from Tamil as “lover,” pairs Pritt’s expressive vocals with a broken beat created by the duo and collaborator Nadeem Karim.
The album is now available for digital pre-save ahead of its September release.
To support the new album, Dusky will embark on a major international tour throughout the autumn and winter.
The tour will begin in Brooklyn before continuing across the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia.
The tour will also include two special Originals shows in London. During those performances, the duo will headline the events.
Every track in the set will feature original Dusky productions.
