Inocent Purwanto returns with a new single titled Sirna, bringing a deeply emotional story shaped by personal experience and a long creative journey.

The track holds special meaning for her, as he has carried its story for years before finally sharing it with the public.

The song’s origin goes back about seven years. At first, Inocent casually hummed a melody while spending time alone.

From that simple moment, the chorus began to take shape.

As she developed the song further, memories from her past slowly resurfaced and guided the direction of the lyrics.

Over time, she worked with collaborators to complete the composition, adding verses and a bridge to build a full narrative.

Although she finished writing the song years ago, she did not release it right away.

She initially planned to launch it a year later. However, several circumstances delayed the process.

Eventually, after waiting six to seven years, she decided the time felt right to share it.

She later chose the title Sirna after discussions with her team and executive producer.

The song originally carried the title Tak Mampu Pergi. Still, they felt that name focused too much on the struggle of moving on.

They then selected Sirna because it better captured the sense of loss and the end of hope that defines the song’s message.

The track tells the story of someone who holds strong hopes for a relationship and believes it will end happily.

Yet reality unfolds differently, showing that not all love stories reach the expected ending.

For Inocent, this project stands out because she drew directly from her own life, making it her most personal work to date.

During production, Inocent collaborated with the team at SOEX Studios, the label that supports her.

She worked closely with music director Andre Lizt and vocal director Barsena Bestandhi.

The production process took around two months before the track reached its final form.

Musical Approach by Inocent Purwanto

Musically, Sirna presents a different direction compared to her earlier releases.

She introduces a richer and more dramatic sound by adding string elements and orchestral arrangements.

This approach creates a grand emotional atmosphere and reflects her artistic identity more clearly than ever before.

Through this release, Inocent hopes listeners who are going through loss or separation can relate to the story.

The song highlights the moment when someone tries to hold on to a relationship, only to accept that not every hope turns into reality.

It also carries a reflective message, reminding listeners that while hope is natural, they should not place it entirely on another person.

To support the release, she has prepared a visualizer that will launch alongside the song.

Although she has not introduced an official music video yet, the visual concept aims to enhance the emotional experience for listeners.

Looking ahead, Sirna marks the beginning of a larger project.

The single will appear on his upcoming EP, planned for release this year.

With this step, Inocent moves toward a more mature and personal musical direction.

Through Sirna, Inocent Purwanto opens a new chapter in her career.

She transforms honest emotions into music that can resonate with a wider audience, both in Indonesia and beyond.
