Lucien Sunmoon returns with their first full-length album, Nothing Blooms at Midnight.

After spending much of 2025 shaping the project, they finally released it on February 14, 2026.

The album features 10 tracks, including earlier singles Slice of Life and Flustered.

The band builds the album around personal challenges and internal conflicts.

As a result, the project explores themes such as love, sacrifice, unspoken stories, and suppressed emotions.

The record also reflects their growth, not only as individuals but also as a band with a more refined musical direction.

Inside The New Album

Beyond the previously released tracks, the album introduces eight new songs recorded throughout 2025.

These include Arc of Quiet Bloom, In The Shadow of Our Past, I’m Longing to Be With You, 11:12, Lowest, Minuet, Jealousy, What We’ll Never Be, and an acoustic version of Memoria.

Each track carries its own character, giving the album a diverse yet cohesive feel.

Producer Danang took a step back during the songwriting process.

Instead of directing the creative flow, he allowed the band to shape their own sound while he focused on recording.

Because of this approach, each member contributed freely without pressure or expectations.

The band later acknowledged that this freedom led to a less structured outcome, yet they accepted it as part of their artistic journey.

The creative process began in early 2025, when they started gathering ideas and developing material together.

Recording began in May at Haum Studio. The space is run by Dheka of Dugong Masurai and Axel of Masurai.

From there, the sessions continued to unfold

They completed the final track, Memoria (Acoustic Version), at RA2 Studio under Rio Armand, who also handled mixing and mastering.

Next Plan for Lucien Sunmoon

Throughout the year, the six members stayed closely connected with their manager, Nayya, and producer Danang.

They worked side by side, shaping the album step by step.

At the same time, life outside the studio kept moving.

They had to juggle their studies, relationships, and personal responsibilities, often all at once.

Despite these challenges, they maintained a shared vision and carried the project forward together.

In the end, the album captures not only their hard work but also their evolving journey as they grow older.

Following months of preparation, including visual releases with Batas Sering since November 2025, the band is now planning a physical edition.

Haum Entertainment will produce a cassette version bundled with a visual book titled Nothing Blooms at Midnight: A Visual Guide, written by Sukma Kelana, along with additional merchandise.

In addition, Batas Sering is preparing four music videos, scheduled for release at the end of March after a month-long production process.

Meanwhile, Nothing Blooms at Midnight is already available on all major digital streaming platforms, marking a significant milestone for the band.
