Collaboration Between Sabaton and Nothing More

Frontman Joakim Brodén described this project as a truly special moment for the band.

He shared that collaborating with their “brothers from America” was an incredible experience.

From the very beginning, Nothing More immediately connected with the song.

Their excitement and passion to work together created a powerful energy that elevated the entire collaboration.

Brodén added that the fusion of both musical worlds created a unique and powerful energy.

Meanwhile, bassist Pär Sundström noted that joining forces with Nothing More added a fresh and distinctive layer to the song, making it more dynamic and alive.

He explained that the band wanted this collaboration to be a special gift for both Sabaton and Nothing More fans.

Lyrically, “Crossing The Rubicon” revisits the legendary tale of Julius Caesar, the Roman leader who boldly crossed the Rubicon River.

It was a pivotal act that triggered a civil war and forever changed world history.

With its grand guitar riffs, energetic choir sections, and signature historical storytelling, the single reinforces Sabaton’s reputation as one of metal’s greatest narrators of history.

Their upcoming album LEGENDS will be available in several exclusive physical formats, including a “Julius Caesar Edition” vinyl.

The record will also highlight other iconic historical figures such as Joan of Arc, Napoleon Bonaparte, and Miyamoto Musashi, continuing Sabaton’s tradition of turning history into epic metal anthems.
