Thomas Bangalter, Fred again.., and Joy Anonymous are reportedly behind a new unreleased track that recently surfaced online.

The track gained attention after listeners identified it during Joy Anonymous’ BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, which aired last week.

A post on the r/DaftPunk subreddit pointed to the track at around the 1:28:00 mark.

According to the Reddit post, the unidentified song plays immediately before “Glow,” the 2022 collaboration involving Fred again.., Skrillex, Four Tet, Duskus, and Joy Anonymous.

The post also referenced an Instagram Story from Joy Anonymous that reportedly tagged the track with its title and producer credits.

Thomas Bangalter and Fred again.. Connection

None of the three artists has officially confirmed the collaboration at the time of writing.

If confirmed, the track would represent another rare production appearance from Bangalter.

Since Daft Punk ended in 2021, Bangalter has maintained a relatively limited presence in both the studio and live environment.

His connection with Fred again.. has become more visible over the past year.

The two notably shared a back-to-back set at London’s Alexandra Palace, which closed Fred’s four-date run supporting his USB002 tour.
