Andrew Bayer has released his latest single, I Wish You Well, through Ophelia Records.
The single features vocals from Jonathan Mendelsohn.
It is also the second preview of A Light That Guides Weary Travelers Home, which Bayer will release on September 4.
I Wish You Well follows June’s lead single, Shield From Harm, featuring Icelandic band Vök.
While the first release introduced the album’s overall direction, the new single explores its emotional heart.
A Personal Chapter for Andrew Bayer
Andrew Bayer described I Wish You Well as one of the album’s defining songs.
He explained that the track reflects on the past without ignoring painful memories. At the same time, it looks toward healing and hope for the future.
Musically, the song moves through changing tempos and different electronic styles.
Instead of building toward a traditional festival drop, Bayer allows the arrangement to unfold gradually.
Jonathan Mendelsohn’s vocal performance also plays a central role, adding emotional depth alongside the detailed production.

A Career Built on Musical Evolution
Throughout his career, Andrew Bayer has continued to explore different musical styles rather than limiting himself to one sound.
His 2011 debut album, It’s Artificial, blended glitch-hop, electronica, and progressive house.
Bayer experimented with instrumental hip-hop on If It Were You, We’d Never Leave.
He then moved toward more emotional songwriting with In My Last Life.
In 2022, Bayer released the two-part Duality project, separating his indie-pop influences from his trance and progressive house roots.
The project also included an autobiographical film that is now available on Amazon.
Outside his solo releases, Bayer has collaborated with artists including Seven Lions and Asbjorn.
He has also performed at major events such as Ultra Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival, ASOT, Creamfields, and Madison Square Garden.
