UnKonscious emerged as a new festival.
Pure Please Entertainment introduced it as Thailand’s first three-day beachside Trance event.
The festival takes place at Paradise Beach, Phuket, from Friday, May 4, to Sunday, May 6, 2018.
A Fresh Concept for Trance in Thailand
UnKonscious enters the scene with a bold concept: three full days of Trance on a private beach. The event partners with three major international labels.
- Grotesque Music (NL) represents the long-running Dutch imprint under RAM, who has played a key role in global Trance culture since the late ’90s.
- In Trance We Trust, led by Menno de Jong, brings one of the genre’s most respected legacies.
- Pure Trance (UK), created by Solarstone in 2012, carries the mission of uniting fans who treat Trance not only as music, but as a lifestyle.
Three Days of Label Showcases
The lineup highlights some of the biggest names in the genre, with each day dedicated to one label showcase.
- Friday – In Trance We Trust
Hosted by Menno de Jong, the show features Adam Ellis, Allen Watts, Shugz, and Will Atkinson. - Saturday – Grotesque Music
RAM leads the showcase with performances from Cold Blue, Daniel Skyver, Darren Porter, and ReOrder. - Sunday – Pure Trance
Solarstone closes the festival with Factor B, Gai Barone, Lostly, and Scott Bond.
Each stage also features supporting acts from Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Their presence turns the event into a meaningful milestone for the regional Trance community.

A Secluded Beach Made for Trance Lovers in UnKonscious Festival
Paradise Beach offers an intimate location where festivalgoers can dance under the moonlight with a view of the ocean.
As Trance grows across Thailand and Southeast Asia, more fans seek a dedicated place to celebrate.
To answer that demand, the organizers created UnKonscious in a private yet accessible setting.
The event also reflects how Trance has expanded in the last year, with festivals like Transmission Asia and A State of Trance drawing large audiences.
Major Trance artists have also begun headlining multi-genre festivals, and the organizers noted that the event could help stimulate the local economy.

To elevate the festival experience, UnKonscious offers daytime activities so guests can explore Phuket beyond the night-time sets.
