Semarang-based alternative pop band Good Morning Everyone (GME) is preparing to release its new EP, “Kalah,” on September 4, 2026.
Instead of releasing the full EP at once, GME will introduce it in stages. The rollout begins with the lead single, “Salah.”
Listeners can stream the song starting July 3, 2026.
The band consists of Sani (vocals), Daniel (guitar), Erwin (keyboards), Dani (bass), and Yuli (guitar).
“Kalah” marks one of GME’s most significant projects to date.
Every song on the EP features Indonesian singer-songwriter Fiersa Besari. His collaboration introduces a fresh musical dimension to the project.
At the same time, GME preserves its signature alternative pop sound.

Good Morning Everyone Explores Acceptance Through “Salah”
Written by Sani, “Salah” tells the story of someone who constantly feels blamed and misunderstood in a relationship.
The full EP includes four tracks: “Salah,” “Ia,” “Salah (Acoustic Version),” and “Ia (Acoustic Version).”
According to Sani, “Kalah” reflects the idea that not every situation in life can be won.
Sometimes people give their best, yet others still see them as being in the wrong.
That emotional conflict became the foundation for the songs featured on the EP.
Last year, GME performed as one of the guest acts at Zandari Festa in South Korea.
The experience encouraged the band to continue developing its music and reach a wider audience.
The single “Salah” will be available beginning July 3, 2026.
The complete “Kalah” EP is scheduled for release across all digital streaming platforms on September 4, 2026.
