Mitch Oliver Curates a Diverse Club-Focused Compilation
Rather than relying on peak-time intensity, “À Fleur de Son” builds momentum through groove, restraint, and carefully crafted progression.
Each track contributes a different perspective while maintaining a cohesive flow across the compilation.
Borak opens the release with “Rushing for Love,” blending playful horn melodies with soulful vocals.
FREEEMAN follows with the groove-driven “Paris Bébé,” while Hi Milio introduces hypnotic spoken-word elements on “Free Your Mind.”
Manu (CA) and Peter Damian continue the journey with the stripped-back rhythms of “Crowd In Sync.”
The second half of the compilation shifts through several distinct moods.
DUZA delivers a rawer sound on “Baby,” drawing inspiration from 70s drum breaks and old-school vocals.
plv strips things back with “It’s Not Just Music,” a functional groove designed for extended DJ transitions.
TheClaw closes the release with “Your Body,” layering soulful textures over understated rhythms to create a reflective finale.

The release arrives alongside an active run of international events for SLAPPED Records.
