VARITDA, the Thai artist behind “Champagne Flying,” returns with “Slow Burner,” the second offering from her upcoming album, “Champagne Cherry.”

The project blends contemporary pop R&B with an elegant touch of jazz, backed by internationally scaled production.

“Champagne Cherry” released under Melodic Corner, a label operated by Music Move Co., Ltd.

The album marks boldest artistic direction yet from VARITDA.

It’s emotionally intimate, musically sophisticated, and crafted with meticulous detail alongside collaborators from around the world.

Every stage of production, from songwriting to recording, mixing, and mastering, received careful, detailed attention.

The journey began with “Champagne Flying,” a feel-good anthem about rising elegantly after heartbreak and celebrating the freedom that follows.

The song wraps itself in pop R&B, enriched with hip-hop rhythms, retro soul textures, and touches of contemporary jazz.

Through that sound, it introduced the album’s sparkling character, full of confidence and charm.

Inside “Slow Burner” from VARITDA

Now, the story deepens with “Slow Burner,” a song that embraces patience, emotional tension, and the beauty of letting love grow naturally.

The track builds on a relaxed groove, subtle instrumental layers, and an intimate late-night energy.

Through that foundation, it captures the feeling of choosing connection over urgency.

Every moment lingers long enough to leave a lasting impression.

Still rooted in pop R&B with a jazz touch, “Slow Burner” reveals a softer, more emotional side of the album.

At its core, “Champagne Cherry” explores the theme of “Confession”, the slow process of a person’s emotions and inner self gradually opening up.

The album leans on the metaphor of a cherry inside a glass of champagne.

It slowly absorbs its surroundings and softens over time.

Eventually, it reveals a richer, more honest version of itself.

In the same way, the project explores how people slowly open up when the timing, atmosphere, and emotion all feel right.

The Artistic Music Video As Companion

Beyond the music, both “Champagne Flying” and “Slow Burner” arrive with visually striking, fashion-film-style music videos.

Through symbolism, mood, and cinematic aesthetics, they extend the storytelling further.

A world-class creative team elevates the project further.

British producer Nick Tsang played a key role in shaping the album’s musical direction.

He has worked with Backstreet Boys, Ed Sheeran, and Charli XCX. He also worked with Jess Glynne on the 5x Platinum hit “Take Me Home.”

The project also brought in renowned engineers Charlie Holmes (Mixing Engineer) and Simon Francis (Mastering Engineer).

Both are known for their work on Olivia Dean’s album “The Art of Loving.”

Every track on “Champagne Cherry” was recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London.

It’s the legendary studio where The Beatles created some of the most influential works in modern music history.
