John Digweed will release Live at Twilo on July 24.
The four-CD collection captures his historic return to New York’s legendary Twilo nightclub during its one-night reunion on March 6, 2026.
The live recording features five hours of music that spans three decades.
It blends classic New York house with modern underground selections, reflecting the sound that made Twilo one of dance music’s most iconic venues.
The release arrives 25 years after Twilo closed its doors.
It also marks Digweed’s return to the club that played a major role in shaping both his career and the evolution of electronic music in the United States.
Revisits the Legacy of Twilo
The recording comes from Danny Tenaglia’s birthday weekend celebration.
It documents John Digweed’s emotional return to the dancefloor at 530 West 27th Street, a venue closely linked to his career.
During the late 1990s, Twilo became one of the world’s most respected nightclubs.
Sasha and John Digweed’s monthly residencies helped redefine marathon DJ sets, with performances often lasting eight to ten hours.
Those nights also played a major role in bringing progressive house to a global audience.
As a result, Digweed’s appearance at the reunion became one of the most significant moments in recent club culture.
Reflecting on the release, Digweed described the performance as a dream come true.
He said revisiting Twilo for Danny Tenaglia’s birthday weekend made the night especially meaningful.
After listening to the recording, he decided to release the full set because it captured a memorable experience for both himself and the fans who traveled from around the world.
He also revealed that the response to the announcement exceeded his expectations.
The limited-edition signed CD and vinyl bundles sold out within 10 days.
