Mommy Rave is introducing a new kind of nightlife experience designed specifically for mothers.
The early-evening dance event combines music, wellness, and community while making it easier for attendees to return home before bedtime.
Created by moms for moms, the event also welcomes all women and gender-expansive ravers, regardless of whether they have children.
The format keeps things simple and accessible.
Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the music wraps up by 9:00 PM, allowing guests to enjoy a night out without sacrificing their evening routines.
Attendance is limited to around 150 people per event.
Admission also includes drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Organizers encourage guests to wear whatever makes them feel comfortable, even pajamas.

Mommy Rave Reflects a Growing Wellness Trend
The concept arrives as dance events continue to become part of the broader wellness movement.
The Global Wellness Summit recently identified the “festivalization of wellness” as one of the leading trends for 2026.
Events centered on movement and somatic dance are increasingly promoting joy as a form of self-care rather than simply entertainment.
Recent research published in Psychology of Music also found that many women over the age of 40 continue attending clubs and music festivals to support their mental well-being.
The study reported that 65.9% of participants described EDM events as a spiritual experience.
Meanwhile, 62.9% said clubbing helped them escape everyday life.
While 58.3% felt free to express a different side of themselves in the club environment.
The Initiative Expands Across the United States
The series launches this month in Southern California.
It was created by Eva Payne, founder of Flow Life Retreats, alongside co-creators Erin Rose and Lorry Green.
Local DJ Kat Walsh, who performs as Kat’s Meow, provides the soundtrack for the events.
The first two editions will take place in California’s Conejo Valley on July 10 and August 7.
Organizers have already confirmed plans to expand the concept to Orange County and the Pacific Northwest.
They are also inviting suggestions for future locations, supporting their belief that every mom deserves the opportunity to dance.
