B Jones gave us the standout moment of this year’s Tomorrowland.

Spain’s flag showed up everywhere in the crowd, including a giant one with “Arryba Music” and “B Jones” written across it.
Cameras caught several signs wishing her well.
She played 22 songs. Several times, you could see how emotional she was.
By the end of the set, she dropped her own bootleg remix of Black’s “Wonderful Life.”
When she stood up from her wheelchair and waved to the crowd, we joined in from home. What a warrior.

The Journey of B Jones
Earlier this year, doctors found a tumor on B Jones’ spinal cord. A biopsy confirmed lymphoma. Treatment followed immediately.
The diagnosis didn’t slow her output. Mid-treatment, she released new singles and remixes. Each one showed she hadn’t lost her edge as a producer.
She kept her Tomorrowland 2026 slot despite everything. She performed from a wheelchair.
And she didn’t hold back.
Chemotherapy had visibly drained her, but the set never did. Track after track, she built the same energy fans have followed her for years.
The crowd sang along, hands up, like nothing had changed.
The crowd’s support carried her. Every cheer seemed to add a little more strength to her mixing, and she fed off it until the very last drop.
For followers who’d tracked her journey on social media, the set closed a gap they’d felt since she was focusing on her treatment.
The Spanish DJ was back, and watching her own that stage again felt like getting a piece of her back too.
For organizers, the moment proved something too: accessibility isn’t optional. It matters for performers and audiences alike.
For B Jones herself, the Tomorrowland stage became fuel. Getting there gave her a reason to keep fighting the cancer and stick with treatment.
There’s something worth sitting with in what she pulled off that night.
When you set a goal and keep moving toward it, there’s a way through even the darkest stretch. B Jones just proved it in front of thousands of people.
They were rooting for her the whole way.
