Trance icon Ferry Corsten has announced that he will no longer appear at the Tranceformations Festival in Wrocław, Poland.

He had been set to headline the Main Stage with his renowned Gouryella project on February 7.

However, he confirmed that a private family medical emergency forced him to step away from the performance.

According to Corsten, the situation was both unexpected and serious, which made his absence unavoidable.

As a result, the late cancellation created a noticeable gap in the festival’s ambitious “The Light Returns” program.

The event itself featured a record-breaking laser production inside the historic Hala Stulecia and included major names such as Aly & Fila, RAM and Richard Durand under their Digital Culture alias, as well as Marco V.

Furthermore, Corsten acknowledged that the decision was difficult because many fans had been eagerly waiting for the show.

Nevertheless, he stressed that being with his family had to take priority at this time.

Before closing his statement, he also expressed appreciation for the community’s understanding and support.

Although the festival continued as scheduled, the situation highlights how quickly plans can change.

We hope the matter involving Corsten’s family resolves smoothly and send our best wishes during this challenging moment.
