SLAPPED Records has shifted the spotlight back to founder Mitch Oliver with the release of his latest single, Let You Go.
The track features vocals from Hawaiian singer-songwriter Keilimei and also includes a remix by Berlin-based producer Yulia Niko.
The release follows the label’s summer compilation, À Fleur de Son.
It presents two different interpretations of the same record while combining emotion, groove, and dancefloor appeal.
Mitch Oliver Reunites With Keilimei
Let You Go marks another collaboration between Mitch Oliver and Keilimei.
The pair previously worked together on Paris Lovin’ with Tyler Mesa and Under The Moonlight, both released in 2025.
Keilimei, who has also released music through Purified Records and Anjunadeep, brings her expressive vocal style to the new single.
Oliver builds the production around rolling basslines, restrained percussion, and spacious melodies.
The arrangement gives Keilimei’s vocals room to deliver the song’s emotional core while maintaining a refined club groove.
As both a producer and the founder of SLAPPED Records, Oliver continues to shape the label around originality and thoughtful production.
Let You Go reflects that vision by balancing understated songwriting with music designed for the dancefloor.

Yulia Niko Adds a New Perspective
Berlin-based DJ and producer Yulia Niko delivers the official remix of Let You Go, which became available on July 24.
Her remix preserves the emotional impact of Keilimei’s vocals.
It also introduces a faster pace, stronger rhythms, hypnotic melodies, and greater dancefloor energy.
The remix offers a fresh contrast to Oliver’s original production.
The release also follows a busy period for SLAPPED Records, which has continued expanding through new releases and international events.
The label’s SLAPPED Summer Tour concludes with a homecoming showcase and the Let You Go release party at NWHR in Montréal on July 17.
Let You Go by Mitch Oliver featuring Keilimei is available now via SLAPPED Records, while Yulia Niko’s remix was released on July 24.
