On May 8, 2026, DJ Snake will headline a large-scale outdoor show at Central Harbourfront Event Space.

This performance will serve as the flagship electronic music event for the French May Arts Festival 2026.

The lineup also brings together major names from China’s hip-hop and electronic scenes.

Higher Brothers will reunite on stage, marking a rare full-group appearance featuring Masiwei, KnowKnow, PSY.P, and Melo.

In addition, DJ Wordy, a three-time DMC China champion, joins the bill.

Opening sets will come from DJ Fabsabs and DJ Steffunn, who will deliver a Cantopop disco set.

This event goes beyond a typical concert.

It brings together French electronic music with artists from Mainland China and Hong Kong, creating a cross-cultural showcase set against Victoria Harbour.

The lineup reflects a blend of global and regional sounds, from DJ Snake’s international hits to Higher Brothers’ influence in hip-hop and DJ Wordy’s technical skill.

The event also marks a key moment for Hong Kong’s cultural calendar.

Another Artists Beside DJ Snake

Presented by the French May Arts Festival and organized by Occasions Digital & Events Limited, it launches the festival’s 33rd edition.

The project moves forward with strong institutional backing. It receives support from the Mega Arts and Cultural Events Fund.

This fund operates under the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government, highlighting the official commitment behind the event.

Officials view the event as a strong example of how large-scale cultural experiences can position Hong Kong on the global stage while supporting tourism and nightlife.

For fans, the collaboration between DJ Snake and Higher Brothers stands out.

After working together on Made in China in 2018, they will now share the stage in Hong Kong for the first time.

The track previously connected Chinese hip-hop with global electronic music, and this live performance builds on that moment.

The timing adds further significance. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Higher Brothers.

For this occasion, all four members return to perform together, each bringing experience from their solo careers.

Their reunion, combined with DJ Snake’s set, creates a rare opportunity for fans.

Beyond the music, the event forms part of a wider city-wide initiative.

Organizers have partnered with more than 30 groups across transport, hospitality, retail, and entertainment sectors.

These collaborations aim to create a full weekend experience for visitors traveling from Mainland China, Macau, and other parts of Asia.

Through this effort, Hong Kong continues to position itself as a leading destination for culture, nightlife, and live events during the Labour Day Golden Week period.
